Matrix Prompter provides instant access to digital AI tools and services. Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a subscription or purchase has been activated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

No Cooling-Off Period Applies: As our services are fully digital and activated immediately, the right of withdrawal under distance sales regulations does not apply.
