End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
Upon subscribing to or purchasing Matrix Prompter services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use our AI tools and digital products for lawful personal, creative, or business purposes.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform or its outputs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying software, models, or algorithms.
• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.

3. Intellectual Property
All platform code, AI models, branding, content, and technology remain the property of Matrix Prompter and/or our partners. Your generated content remains your intellectual property unless otherwise stated, but the platform itself is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Termination
Matrix Prompter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA or any other platform policies. Termination does not exempt you from liability for past violations.

5. Liability Limitation
Matrix Prompter is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those related to generated content or service interruptions.
